Jen has always had a passion for wildlife and the environment. After receiving her bachelors degree at Southern Connecticut State University she moved to Los Ángeles to further her wildlife conservation career and she attended Moorpark California’s Exotic Animal Traning and Management Program. Here, she learned how to care for exotic animals in captivity and provide them with the best care both physically and mentally through training, enrichment and their diet, as well as the concept of animal welfare.She gained valuable animal care and training experience through and internship at the San Diego Safari Park and Universal Studios Animal Actor Show. She is now working towards a Masters Degree in Biology at Miami University’s Project Dragonfly Global Field Program which allows her to learn and practice conservation for wildlife globally. She hopes to continue to help wildlife and the environment by working in wildlife conservation.
