Range and Habitat: Rabbits can be found worldwide in grasslands, woodlands, and frequently kept as pets in peoples homes. They often times will live in colonies and thrive on having wide-open areas filled with foliage for coverage and food supply.
Diet: Rabbits are herbivores and primarily eat grass, leaves, and hay. They can also occasionally eat some fruits and vegetables.
Fun Facts: Rabbit ears are not only good for listening, but also for keeping them cool. As air hits the blood flowing through the ears, it circulates and cools the entire body down in return. That's some great Ear Conditioning!
